1. About Us

Moodrise ("we", "our", "us") is an artisan bakery operating at moodrise.ie, providing custom handmade cakes and baked goods to customers in Wexford, Ireland.

2. Ordering

• By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.
• Preparation times vary by product (1–5 days). You will select a delivery date at checkout.
• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times; delivery windows are approximate.

3. Pricing

• All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price at time of order applies.

4. Payment

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Full payment is required at time of ordering.
• Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Wexford city and county. Zones and prices shown at checkout.
• Self-pickup is available free of charge.
• You must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
• We accept no liability for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or no one present.

6. Food Allergies

Our products may contain or be made in an environment with: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy.

If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on moodrise.ie (text, images, designs) is owned by Moodrise. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
